By accessing or using Vastu Grid, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
• You will use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate and current.

Vastu Grid provides a web-based Vastu consultation software platform including:

• Vastu Grid analysis and overlay tools.
• Numero Vastu and Name Correction calculators.
• Land Energy Checker and Room Mapper utilities.
• PDF report generation for client use.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

When you create an account with Vastu Grid, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• Take responsibility for all activity occurring under your account.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date profile information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription:

• Subscription fees are billed annually as displayed on our Pricing page.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account access.

All content, software, logos, and materials on Vastu Grid are the exclusive property of Vastu Grid and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws:

• You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our software or content.
• You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
• PDF reports generated are licensed for your professional client use only.
• Our trademarks and brand identity may not be used without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform without written consent.
• Resell or sublicense access to Vastu Grid to third parties.
• Impersonate Vastu Grid, its staff, or other users.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Vastu Grid is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of Vastu analysis results.
• We are not liable for decisions made based on the software's output.
• We are not responsible for data loss due to technical failures.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months.

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may cancel your account at any time through your profile settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.
• We may retain certain data as required by law after termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
